The Pappy Project is a service project to loan Amazon Echo Show devices to people in New Martinsville, West Virginia and the surrounding area who are separated from family and friends during times of illness. The Pappy Project is aimed at mitigating geographic and physical barriers to seeing loved ones battling cancer or other serious illnesses. The Pappy Project is a volunteer based group who will work to provide an Echo Show device to those who may be separated from family due to relocation or even temporarily due to hospitalizations, rehabilitation, or admittance to other care facilities. The Pappy Project strives to bring smiles across the miles. The logo for The Pappy Project is a tribute to how Pappy would mark his golf balls--with a smile.
